This Website Privacy Notice explains how Cemerix collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through the current public website at cemerix.com and related communications.
“Cemerix,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cemerix.

This Notice applies to personal information processed through the current pre-product Cemerix Website, including:

The current Website does not provide public professional profiles, credential storage, evidence uploads, employer workspaces, verification services, or production AI features.
Future Cemerix software, accounts, professional repositories, pilot environments, or commercial services will require additional or updated privacy notices before those features process personal information.

Cemerix does not use the current public Website to make formal hiring, termination, promotion, licensing, contracting, or employment-eligibility decisions.

- Protect Website security;

Retention may vary based on the type of information, the communication, legal requirements, security needs, and whether a continuing relationship exists.
When information is no longer needed, Cemerix may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it. Information may remain temporarily in backups until overwritten through ordinary backup processes.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Until Cemerix has a valid physical postal address and compliant unsubscribe controls, Cemerix will not send general commercial marketing campaigns.
Operational and individually requested communications should not contain unrelated promotional content.

The Website is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13.
Cemerix does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the general Website.
